Simply reduces the negative Karma gained from stealing from -5 to -1.
USE AT OWN RISK: Not tested by creator.

Installation
------------
Place esp in Fallout3/Data folder and activate with game launcher or FOMM.
I havent tested this as I personally like it how it is, so use at your own risk I only made it as a request.
