This is a modification of an already existing grapple mod by ^Soul^. Makes the grappling hook so that ther is no bouncing. This makes the hook similar to older Quake hooks. It also adds sounds from the Quake hook.
This is a long readme, please read all of it, as the information is pretty useful.

I completely replaced the source for Grapple.uc such that there is no
more "bouncing" around when using the grappling hook. I tried to make
this grappling hook as similar to the oldschool quake one I used as I
could. I ripped the sounds from the oldschool quake one. I can't find
who's they were originally. If they were yours, then email me and
I'll either credit you or take them out, your choice. You can configure
the speed of the grappling hook in the preferences. You can also set
whether or not to attach to players, and line of sight is required,
and how fast to do damage, and what the scale of that damage is.
Ignore the Use bExtra0, bExtra1, I'm working on implementing offhand
grapple as well, but I can't seem to get replication working properly.
Seeing as I won't be able to make another release until after Christmas
due to a lack of a internet connection I thought I might as well
document and release what I have for everyone to enjoy. So here you are!
If you think of other things to add to the hook email me and I'll see if
I can do it. Oh, before I forget THERE IS NO CHAIN! Its not a mistake
or a bug, I just didn't want to deal with the code for that portion, so
you'll have to deal with that for a while.

This is a simple mod I put a few hours into setting up to appease the poor people who wanted a grapple in ut, but couldn't get it.
I may up date the grapple code(as it is now it has some issue I just didn't feel like working out) but all in all it gets the job done. Since I consider mutators to be a same affair I didn't want to put too much time into it. Though if I see enough servers using it I will. After not seeing alot of servers use TeamCTF(btw, this two mods would kick ass together for the demo), I didn't want to put much effort into anything.
Ok, now here is how it works.

Primary fire: Shoots out a cable that when connects with a wall draws you to it, it auto releases once you arrive near it. You can also use this to collect items and weapons from affar, and it does alot of damage to oppenents.
Secodary Fire: Kills the cable.
