If Someone with a small amount of frags kill someone with more amount of frages, he (the killer) will get his usual +1 frag, but also depending on the differens between their frag counts he (again the killer) will also "steal" 1 or
more frags from his victim.

This mutator should be used with the UnrealTournament demo,
it will probably work with the full game, but that I don't know yet.
Usage:
Basically it works like this:
If Someone with a small amount of frags kill someone with more amount
of frages, he (the killer) will get his usual +1 frag, but also depending on the
