Small house in the Searchlight control tower, with every thing a small house needs. This is a re-upload of the file. Anyway the key can be found in the mail box in the bottom of the tower, inside you will find: workbench, reloading bench, hotplate, old dirty couch, mattress, teddy bear, broken computer and couple of other items you will also find a little wasteland style joke.
