This is a replacemnt head called Yarr for the "domina" model that gives a crazy new look.
"Yarr" is a skin i made for ut2003 - right now it's only a head skin replacing the head of "domina" (dont worry - it has its own slot and will not replace the domina file that is already there), but i might, someday, make the body. but i dont think so.
