A cloning facility that was shut down when Anti-cloning laws were passed. Was aquired by Liandra to be used as a Bombing Run arena. Due to a colony uprising it was abandoned by Liandra leaving all equipment behind. It is now being used as a Deathmatch training arena by those who would hope to one day enter the Tournament.
