Facing Worlds the most played map on UT but it had many faults which where attempted

to be fix by many people including Inoxx himself. So I had a little tinkle with it and the

result is Facing Worlds-Muff-Edition.

So what did I do?

Well I’ve moved all the spawn points about most are still out side but twoare placed inside to make life more difficult.

Evened up the ammo count so both sides where equal (blues had more sniper ammo)

Evened out the floor brush, which enabled me to change the floor inside the bases.

Retextured the bases.

Changed the position of the ripper and shock rifle (always pi##ed me off respawning next to the

ripper when the flag carrier was nearly over the hill might as well tried to kill him with a Chocolate teapot).

Added the Jelly gun (anyone for jelly?)

Solved the problem of the Piston Camper at the top (Try it now) Arr two teleports to cover.

I could of replaced them with portals but since Facing Worlds

main weapons i.e the sniper rifle /shock rifle (normal fire does but Alt fire dosent)

DO NOT travel through portals I thought it best not to ruin the whole game play ;o)

The armour is still on top but its now placed behind on the 1st ledge (This stops flag carriers

from trying to hold on to the top) you now have to either teleport

your self back up or work your way down the out side and back in.

Added two more rooms one of which is the flag room (no more running in and out again).

Added five more ways into each base.Don’t worry their not massive.

For those of you who can telepunt you can now telepunt your disc off of the top of the base and

land it inside the enemies flag room.

Took out all the old pathways and repathed it (the bots now know where you are no matter where

you hide) so no hiding round the back for you, they are able to reach any ledge on the outside.

They take three different ways out of the base with the flag (when was the last time you saw a bot

jumping down the outside with a flag?)

The bots now pick up everything so be quick, you might even notice that they now

teleport from the redeemer down to the floor (blues do it more that reds but there you go)

and some times from the Snipers position above the redeemer.

So if like me you play on a small LAN you should now find Facing Worlds to be more of a challenge

try 2 humans against 4 bots (Godlike of course) and be prepared to lose.

+ a whole lot of other things but their there for the bots so they can make your life a LOT harder!!
