YOU NEED Q3POINT! get it at www.quake3world.com
if you are viewing this from winzip unzip all to c:\YourQuakeRootDir\
if winzip didnt put the qvm's in c:\YourQuakeRootDir\weapmod\vm then make a folder called c:\YourQuakeRootDir\weapmod\vm and put ui.qvm and qagame.qvm in c:\YourQuakeRootDir\weapmod\vm
run "C:\YourQuakeRootDir\quake3.exe" +set fs_game weapmod +set sv_pure 0
to use the mod, start a server or a single player game then hit esc and click on MOD SETUP

Toggle: off/on/spawn
off = weapon and ammo wont spawn, on = normal, spawn = the player will start with the weapon
Ammo: xxxx, -1 = unlimited
xxxx is the amount of ammo a player starts with his/her/its weapon
Reload: xxxx, 0 = no reload time
xxxx is the time it takes to reload the weapon
Speed: xxxx, higher is faster
xxxx is the weapon speed
Damage: xxxx, higher hurts more
xxxx is the amount of damage the weapon has

Moving Speed: xxxx, higher is faster
xxxx is the moving speed while carrying a weapon
Respawn time: xxxx,
amount of time it takes to respawn the weapon
Self Damage: on/off
on = your weapons can hurt you, off = your weapons cant hurt you
Homing Rockets: on/off
on = on, off = off
Respawn Armor: on/off
on = armor will spawn in the map, off = no armors allowed
Respawn Health: on/off
on = health will spawn in the map, off = no health allowed
Respawn Holdable: on/off
on = holdable(transport, medkit..) will spawn in the map, off = off

Toggle: off/on/spawn
off = powerup wont spawn, on = normal, spawn = the player will start with the powerup
Effect: xxxx%
example quad, if effect is 300, the weapon is 300% more powerful
for regen, 1 = 1 health point
Duration: xxxx,
the duration of the powerup
Respawn time: xxxx,
amount of time it takes to respawn the powerup
