The U.S. Renditions' intro for the 2nd act with the soundtrack replaced with the Rock version by Mad Dog Winston.
This is an undetermined intro. Since I took the video from U.S. Renditions and soundtrack from Manga and combined them while adding extra footage of video at the end from another video, I can't confirm if the Manga Entertainment's intro is like this. But just try to enjoy, I've kept this file for half a year on my hard drive and finally decided I'd upload it for any small number of fans. :)
