This mod adds NPCs, their services, their beloved ones, and their homes to every small town in Morrowind.
This mod adds NPCs, their services, their wifes and their homes to every town in Morrowind, except Balmora, Vivec, Sadrith Mora and Ald Ruhn. Also, almost every NPC added has unique topics and dialogue, adding a little bit of reality to them. No quests included, I will have to learn scripting properly to do so.
