Software. No part of this software and documentation may be reproduced

or translated into any language, in any form, or by any means, without

the prior written consent of Beret Applications.

Registered Version of Herbert's Math Time

One registered copy of Herbert's Math Time may be used on a single

Palm connected organizer. You are allowed to make a reasonable number

of copies for back-up purposes. You are allowed to share this program

with other users of Palm connected organizers (for example, you can

e-mail or beam this application to other uses of Palm connected

organizers or their equivalent), however, you are not allowed to share

your registration code.

Evaluation Terms

================

This is not free software - it is Shareware. You are hereby license

to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a

period of fifteen (15) days. If you use this software after the

fifteen (15) day evaluation period a registration fee of US $10 is

to fifteen (15) days free of charge. Payment must be sent to

Beret Applications, P. O. Box 51, Tomkins Cove, NY 10986-0051, or

by one of its approved agents. Credit card ordering and quantity

discounts are available as well. You are required to include the

HotSync ID of the Palm connected organizer which is to run Herbert's

Math Time as well. When payment and HotSync ID are both received

by Beret Applications we will send you a registration code.

Unregistered use of Herbert's Math Time after the 15-day evaluation

period is in violation of U. S. and international copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND

WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY

OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into

which Herbert's Math Time may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be

thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY

LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT

REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New

York, United States of America.

Distribution

============

You are specifically allowed to share this program with other

users of Palm connected organziers. You are not allowed to share

your registration code. You are also specifically prohibited from

charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies without the

express written consent of Beret Applications. Any person who may

receive a copy of this program from you is bound by the terms of this

license.
