Patches Cycling Manager and adds DrawSettings.exe which is helpful for Voodoo 1 & 2 users, plus makes Sprinters more powerful and the cyclists that are controlled by players will not sprint automatically.
* The program DrawSettings.exe has been added.
This is useful for people who have a Voodoo 1 or 2 and could not change
