This mod adds Willem van Oranje and his Dutch Empire as a playable civilization for Civ 5. The overpow - I mean unique trait is East India Company: letting all sea units enter rival territory. Unique unit is the Swiss Mercenary who has a combat bonus in foreign lands. The exclusive structure is the Dike, allowing more production than a windmill and an extra slot for an engineer.
