Civilization 5 - Balance Combined Mod

These mods are motivated by a desire to increase the choices and interesting decision-making opportunities available to the player, while keeping the changes small and within the same fundamental framework and gameplay as vanilla Civ V. He is also working at tweaking the AI to make empire-building decisions better.

Simply unzip the package into the mods folder:

C:\

\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\

Also ensure there are no earlier versions in that folder, as there's a minor bug in the game where it can leave multiple versions of the same mod active. This file is kept up-to-date.
