This is a great tech demo movie of the improved CloakNT engine. It blends 2 3D engines into one making it great for use on older cards using lightmap lighting model great for slower computers. For the more recent powerful computers, the engine can also do real-time per pixel lighting with real-time calculated shadows.
Main features of the CloakNT engine:

can be switched to use detailed lightmaps instead of real-time per pixel lighting what makes the engine run on slower computers very fast
portal based engine which allows very effective displaying of very complex levels
