ScriptCompileTorment a compiler for Planescape Torment since that game did not come with one and this one outputs as .bcs files since that game uses only .bcs scripts. Adds a lot of spells that were left out of the Spell.ids and adds a shout.ids as well as new states and a gtimes that is fully fleshed out. You will need Winrar to unpack this file.
