Teleport your base physically to 12 locations around Balmora, Ald-ruhn, Vivec, Sadrith Mora, Caldera and Mournhold. Choose the city to live in and press a switch: your PMB will dock at the local mages guild/Temple or hover above the city of your choice. The PMB does not come cheap. A fully upgraded PMB costs approx. 1.5 million gold. You buy the standard configuraton with access to Docking bay + Control room and choice of initial location. Upgrade it to your needs: buy access to other teleport locations, rooms and utilities.
