Fixes a few new bugs with NFL 2000, and also includes all fixes from previous patches.
- Fixed a desynch problem in multiplayer that was caused by a user being able to assign the same position to a player.
- Several EA Football Net issues fixed
- All fixes from Patch #1, #2, and #3
