Adds a house right outside of Balmora. Has a bedroom, an aquarium, armor storage room, weapons storage room, clothing and jewelry storage room, library,Misc storage room, trining room with pool,training weapons, and working dummies, Alchemy room complete with ingredient jars(mw,tr,bm,sris alc).
The house also contains an incinerator for getting rid of junk, a teleportation amulet for anywhere in mw, and a telepot cup to return to the house
