Server Messaging 2.1 is a windows program designed to broadcast messages at pre-determind intervals to your server. Type in the IP, Port and Rcon Password of your server, set a time interval add your messages and thats it. Server Messaging can then be minimized to the taskbar and it will continually broadcast your messages to your server until you stop it.
