Fixes various cinematic problems. Adds realistic helicopter flight mode capabilities for flight sticks with throttle and rudder controls. The throttle increases and decreases main rotor (altitude), while the rudder is the rear rotor (spin).
This update also includes an preliminary implementation of Direct3D for use with 3D cards. The Direct3D mode only allows flight, as the cockpit and mission text is not displayed.
