- Bullet Time altered, slight blur added and some slight changes to bullet time.

- Bullet Time warp effect added.

- Bullet Time color overlay added.

- Bullet Time fog added.

- Red Flash added when entering bullet time.

- Custom Menu and Bullet Time Music loops.

- Custom Particle Effects for Bullet Hit.

- Menu backgrounds changed a touch, mainly added blood and noise effects onto them.

- Max's tie is now silky red.

This is a short and sweet mod, it's not meant to be anything big and was merely only a practice tool in learning Particle FX.

The first aim of the mod was to have a blood spurt when you shoot an enemy (remniscent of alot of Animes and also seen in Kill Bill), however it didn't look too good with just the spurt so I decided having Excessive Blood instead, looks much better ;)

Don't expect anything from this mod, if you like it you are free to extract and use anything in this mod free of use, I don't expect anything in return. I learnt from others so hopefully you can learn from me.

How to Install:

Extract the zip file into your Max Payne 2 directory then select excessblood from the game launcher on startup.
