The CS Launcher is a program made by The ARCH-ViLE, which makes launching CS a lot easier.
New features in version 2.1:
COMPLETELY NEW graphical interface.
Better method of changing game dll.
Support for multiple map cycle, and server.cfg configurations
New config.cfg editor with key binder
