This patch is geared primarilly toward the single player component and a few mutliplaiyer issue still need to be addressed.

Essential update adding editor support, massive bug fixes, performance improvements, and enhanced multiplayer for Fallout Tactics

Improves German release to version 1.25, enhancing single-player balance and stability, though some multiplayer fixes remain pending

Official update fixes corrupted third CD files and restores missing inventory sprites for affected players
