Basically, a faster firing lightning gun which inflicts less damage unless a headshot is achieved (this has been made more difficult).
Basically a modified sniper rifle which has an increased fire rate balanced by a reduced damage unless a headshot is inflicted. The ammo pickup has been amended to reflect the changes to the fire rate and damage!
Unless you place this weapon within a level using the editor, you will need to use a mutator such as Arena to place it within a map. I have found that Arena games using the Super Sniper Rifle are really hectic and really force you to get that headshot first shot out!
