This mod for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Spearhead gives you a the rifles only option for gameplay.
I decided to make rifles only mod for spearhead, because there isn't a rifles only mod that I could find any
of the website
To work the mod upload User-User--=GS=-MarKmENRiflemod.pk3 into your mainta folder
Also if you are running any kind of realism you will have to remove that realism
and put it back after you are done with the mod.
