This is a T/C for the weapons.dat file. It lets you run with all weapons, jump with the rocket launcher, no reloads, and it triples the range of the weapons.
I sat down one day and thought it would be cool to change the weapons file for GTA3, so I sat down for 10 minutes, and cranked the stats on every weapon. You can run and shoot with every weapon besides the sniper rifle, rocket launcher, molotov, or grenade. The range has tripled on every weapon, (and more on some).
