EQCounter is designed to keep track of up to 10 buff or spawn times at once, and contains a database of known times. Internal update via internet.
EQCounter is essentially 10 timers in seconds bundled into one program, and contains both a database of known times, and an internet update feature from our HTTP server.
Note that it must be run from a seperate computer from EverQuest, however the requirements are low -- if it runs Windows 95, it will run this.
