Clean Disk 2002 allows you to remove your tracks (things you have done on your computer), remove internet-related files (browser cache, history files, etc.), remove garbage files on your computer (setup programs lefts-over, unneeded files, etc.) and many more options. While Clean Disk 2002 is thorough, it's also flexible. The program allows you to see first the files that it will delete before it deletes them and ask you which files you want to delete or which files you don't want deleted.
