The Riverside Manor adds a Home on the river outide pelagiad, which contains some of the eggs from "The Uber Crystal Egg Hunt" but not to take the fun out of it, but cause they are awesome, you can get them yourself still and also adds a dungeon of dremoras with always 100% drop a daedric weapon.
