Introduction:

This free program simulates a "Star Trek" Phaser.

Since Jeff Jetton has written the excellant Tricorder II

program, no away team would be complete without a Phaser.

This program makes no attempt to visually resemble any known

Phaser.

Installation:

-------------

Install Phaser like any other third party PalmPilot program.

Operation:

----------

Operation is easy. For safety, FIRE button only activated when a setting,

as well as Stun/KILL setting specified. Weapon has SAFE buttons on both

sides for ease of use by left and right handed.

For extreme emergency use only: Overload the Phaser by

1. Press Safe

2. Set to KILL

3. Key in 161616 on the settings

4. Weapon will count down to 1 and destruct

5. Abort at any time by pressing Safe

You will see a black screen, switch to another app to get out.
