"This adds a new power armor set to the Capital Wasteland. It is the infamous Army Power Armor. I simply Re-textured it and changed its values. I will not disclose its location but, i will advise you to check all forts and the Wheathon Armory. Like Fort Independence, Constantine, and whatever that other one was called."
