Ever wanted to gaze out the windows of your house and see the ocean?

Well, now you can thanks to glass windows by DONGLE and from Grumblepunk's House of Manniquinns mod. This mod requires both Tribunal and Bloodmoon.

Clean Real House

Ever wanted to gaze out the windows of your house and see the ocean?

Well, now you can thanks to glass windows by DONGLE and from Grumblepunk's House of Manniquinns mod.

This plugin adds a realistic (no interior cell) house to the Bitter Coast Region just a bit west of Seyda Neen (-3,-8/-3,-9/-4,-8/-4,-9). The house interior falls entirely in Cell -3,-8. To prevent rainy weather INSIDE the house, I created a script that will turn rainy or stormy weather to overcast weather when the player gets within a certain radius of the house.

PLEASE NOTE: I made the radius quite large to give the script time to take effect, however, due to engine limitations, the weather shift is not instantaneous. When I tested it, it stopped raining by the time I walked up to the porch. However some characters are faster than others. So, if you ran to or teleported inside your house, and it's raining, please be patient and wait for the leaks to stop ;).

This location is compatible with the Seyda Neen forest plugin, but if you are using the More Trees and Foliage Plugin one tree from that mod must be moved in the CS.

This mod is NOT compatible with my Clean Coastal House Mod as it was originally built of it's design in the same location.

A NOTE ABOUT MANNIQUINS: I decided not to put any in this house due to the variety of manniquin types available and to the fact that some people like dozens of them and others only need one (or none). If you want manniquins I strongly suggest getting GrumblePunk's House of Manniquins mod and furinshing the house with them as you see fit.

There are no NPC's or Uber Items in this mod.

There are two versions of this plugin (obviously don't use both):

Clean Real House: provides the furnished house with a couple display cases (by Dongle and LadyE), Tapestries from Lord Yig's fantasy art mod, and rugs by Texturefreak. As in my original Coastal House mod, there is also some basic starting equipment and skill books meant for beginning characters.

If you edit this mod and remove the chest near the bed, be advised that the chimney will show through the floor a bit.

Clean Real House_No Stuff: Just the bare bones house with NO furnishing (and I mean NO furnishings) except for the planters outside. This version is for modders and people who prefer to decorate themselves, and/or want alot of space to use the furniure mod. There are also a few SMALL landscaping changes made directly below the house in this version as I had to lower the ground slighty to remove some ground textures that showed through when I lowered the floor to fix a cosmetic problem with the fireplace (see-above).

Frame rates can drop a bit around the house due to the large number of statics in one place. Except for the approach to the house from the rear (with my pre-upgrade 1.3ghz and geforce3) I didn't notice any major drops. However, if it is bothersome I suggest turning down the view distance temporarily.

This mod may be used or modified in any way you wish.

This mod requires both Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
