This makes all cars invincible (unfortunately not to gun shots) and also makes them go a lot faster. Works great on the VC Ultimate Patch.
This file makes all cars invincible to rashes but not gun shots or explosions, it also makes it so you can drive alot faster. To experience the full greatness of it you should have the Vice City Ultimate Patch. Just replace the handling.cfg file with the one I provided. Enjoy!
